I hit 105kg pendlay row the other day. Felt weird… first rep you end up deadlifting, because it’s so heavy your mind is saying “hang on, are we using lower back here or upper back?” It’s so strange trying to lift you end up doing half of each ahah
Oh nice! Haha I can imagine that feeling, the need to be efficient kicking in haha.
A 100kg pendlay row is definitely a short term goal of mine. Stay tuned!
