There be a PT at my work who keeps getting up my ASS about the way I train.
Every time I squat deep, he tells me I’m gonna ruin my sacroiliac joint.
Every time I squat in general, he tells me I squat too often and SHOULD do plyometrics or “cardio”
Every time I kettlebell swing he tells me to take it full overhead, and then actively decelerate it as much as possible before I swing again.
Everytime he sees me train he tells me to vary it up to “Keep my body guessing”.
What the fuck man? Can’t a brother lift in peace? What is a lay man like me to say to a supposed “REAL actual strength and conditioning trainer” (his words)?
How do I get people like this to leave me alone? HELP!!!
